Established in 1982, Chuan Heng Hardware Trading Pte Ltd first opened their retail and wholesale store along Jalan Besar. Selling mainly plumbing fittings such as PVC and copper fittings, Chuan Heng was initially a store solely for plumbers and contractors.
In the early 1990s, the housing market in Singapore started developing and the demand for residential bathroom and kitchen products was on the rise. Chuan Heng decided to jump onto the bandwagon and took this opportunity to expand their product range which included home products and appliances such as sanitary wares and cooking appliances. Chuan Heng also extended their service to regular homeowners who are looking to remodel their homes.
Today, Chuan Heng provides plumbing fittings and home products and appliances to both residential properties and commercial buildings. With more than 30 years of experience, Chuan Heng has become a known name among locals thanks to positive word of mouth from our customers and partners. While the flagship shop still remains at Jalan Besar, Chuan Heng has outlets at two different locations across the island.
